A charming and tidy little artisanal workshop in Casarano with excellent gluten-free products. The aroma is inviting as soon as you enter. I tried some excellent cream-filled pasticciotti, made with a pastry that's truly worth it, as is the cream. They also have croissants filled to order. The croissant's air bubbles are truly exquisite, something you'll rarely find anywhere else. The olive puccia is also a special treat. What more can I say? I'd also like to add the kindness of the owners and the products at fair prices. Keep up the good work, and if I have the pleasure of vacationing in Salento again, I'll definitely visit you again! We've been to this delightful little place in Casarano three times. From sweet to savory, you'll find Apulian pasticciotti, tarts (atomically shaped), croissants plain or filled with various creams including pistachio, vegan Nutella, and jam, the typical Barese focaccia, mini pizzas, and stuffed calzones. You'll discover all the flavors of traditional local products expertly crafted in a completely gluten-free version. All this is complemented by the kindness and expertise of the hosts, Shelby and Matteo, whose smiles and warm hearts truly add to the value of this place. Highly recommended!

A lovely bakery in Casarano, completely gluten-free. I tried the calzone, the olive puccia, the pasticciotti, and the pitteddhe. The calzone and puccia remained soft all day and maintained their exquisite flavor. The grape pitteddhe are highly recommended. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

SPEECHLESS!!! I had a cream-filled pasticciotto and some focaccia, which I shared with my non-celiac children, and they also confirmed that everything was delicious! It's a shame to discover it on the last day before returning to Milan. I'll definitely be ordering again in October. The staff is very helpful and kind... congratulations!

We went to Slurp on the recommendation of a friend and tried the croissants, pasticciotti, focaccia, bread, and strudel. All the products are top-quality. I've never had croissants this good. Congratulations! Keep up the good work!

During my vacation in Puglia, I visited the artisanal workshop and was thrilled. The pasticciotto was fantastic, as were all the other products. The man who welcomed me and gave me advice was incredibly kind. I'll be back soon!

The laboratory offers a wide variety of products that differ between the winter and summer seasons, in order to always offer fresh delights. I tasted savory and sweet specialties, including the inevitable pasticciotto pugliese and, worthy of note, an exquisite stuffed croissant, in my experience very difficult to find in a gluten free version. The staff, in addition to being extremely courteous, is also prepared and professional. If you are in the area, Slurp is worth a visit. You will not be disappointed!

During my vacation in Marina di Pescoluse, I had the pleasure of going to the Slurp artisan laboratory, intrigued by their gluten-free and lactose-free products. What can I say... it's not just a simple laboratory, it almost feels like entering a boutique. I was welcomed by Matteo, a truly kind and knowledgeable boy, who carefully illustrated all the products available in the laboratory. The products, both sweet and savory, are excellent. I recommend anyone who has allergies and/or intolerances to pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Exceptional gluten free laboratory with many delicious sweet and savory products. Fabulous pasticciotto! Very courteous and friendly staff. A must-see not only for those with celiac disease but for anyone who loves to eat well. We will definitely be back!
